- M – MySQL Database: we’ll use MariaDB, a fork of MySQL
- P – serving PHP

This really is the heart of everthing, at least for me. These projects have been my gateway to learning something new, to finding new interests, making friends, travelling to new places and more than I'll probably ever be able to quantify.
